One of the advantages of using Mario’s Express is that most of our Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments are “load to ride” from our Newark Terminal directly to the delivery point without being cross docked unlike our competition, or common carriers.

Q. How do I schedule a pick up?
A. You can schedule your pick up online (via our ONLINE TOOLS page) or just contact our Dispatcher at 973-491-0800. You will receive confirmation that your pick up has been scheduled in our system. |
Q. How much notice do you require to schedule a pick up?
A. One to two business days is preferred; however, same day pickups are not a problem for us. On large scale projects, like store roll outs, we will work a few weeks in advance with our customers from: concept, design, scheduling, routing, and execution.
Q. What should I do if I have a question about my bill?

Q. Is Mario’s Express insured?
A. Yes, all insurance requirements and licenses are current including DOT satisfactory rating.
Q. How is damage handled by Mario’s Express?
A. In the rare event that there is damage or missing freight, please contact us to file a CLAIM by the next business day. Damages or Loss must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery.
