All Drivers are based out of our New Jersey Facility. Our fleet consists of well-equipped and maintained, late model units.

At Mario’s Express, a good driver is our best asset. In return, we offer an attractive benefit’s package. The following is an outline of the current benefits being offered. Employee contributions are required. Plan administrator will have complete details, costs, and limitations of coverage.

Driver Requirements

• Must be at least 23 years of age. A current Class A CDL license (or Class B CDL for LOCAL only).
• No felony convictions in the last 10 years.
• No DWIs or DUIs on the driving record.
• LOCAL - Solid work history with a minimum of 2 yrs verifiable experience in the last 4 yrs.
• OTR - Solid work history with a minimum of 1 yr verifiable experience in the last 4 yrs.
• No license suspensions except for unpaid tickets. No more than 4 moving violations within the past 3 yrs. No more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months.
• Drivers under 27 years old must have had no more than 2 violations within the past 3 yrs.
• No more than 1 at fault accident in the last 3 yrs. No more than 2 at fault accidents in the last 5 yrs.
• No reckless or careless driving on record for the past 5 yrs.
• No “hit and run” or “leaving the scene of an accident” violations on the driving record for the past 5 yrs.
• No “failure to report an accident” on the driving records for the past 5 yrs.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical and test negative on drug and alcohol screen test.
