OTR Driver Benefits include all the common benefits (listed here) plus:

Time on the road:  OTR - Our goal and average is less than 5-7 days on the road.

Regional: From Monday to no later than Saturday noon time.                               

Freight:  Over 65% pad / blanket wrap and Special Commodities.  Over 65% East of the Mississippi

Assigned tractor: Assigned units and No slip seating.

Advances: $200.00 per week for road expenses and personal use

NY Congestion Pay:  Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau,  Suffolk - $100

Layover: $100 from day one.             

Detention: $15 per hour. On all loads, driver will be compensated for detention time after 1 (one) hour.

Vacation: 2 weeks paid vacation, after each completed year of employment. 

Additional pick up or delivery: $25  (Other than the primary pick up, and/or delivery)
