As a claimant, you are responsible for substantiating your claim, and providing the necessary information. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the delay or denial of your claim.
A detailed description of the loss or damage must be stated:
- list of commodities,
- quantity of each type,
- extent of loss,
- value of each piece,
- any salvage realized,
- net loss,
- description of the events which caused the loss.
